Glass is a medium known for its limpid transparency, but Glass Artist Tan Sock Fong uses her glass sculptures and relief works to serve artistic aspirations of discovery and the revelation of obscured truths.

Based on a broad theme of seeking and revealing, "The Unveilig of the Hidden" attemps an exploration of past worlds: of fossils, of submerged ethnic roots, of childhood yearnings left behind.

Using sand moulding, cast glass, and direct fusion techniques, she presents gentle, artful revelations in her chosen medium of what was, what is and what could be.
